In a remote Himalayan village, Nima’s father (Dayahang Rai) tells everyone that her mother is working abroad — a story he repeats every day to protect his daughter from a painful truth hidden beneath layers of village gossip. As whispers grow and the weight of his secret deepens, he struggles to keep Nima’s smile alive while holding a family together that is quietly falling apart. With powerful performances from Prakash Saput, Miruna Magar, Menuka Pradhan, Aanchal Sharma, and Rekha Limbu, MIRMIRE reveals how small lies can become the only shield against a world that refuses to forgive.
